Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original Jaspr boxing, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
